Nothing comes close to Sonos sound. This product fulfills the promise. I needed something for my front porch because every other part of my house is covered!

Impressed with Roam 2

I have to say that this new technology is really getting impressive. I did watch a youtube video on how to set up but it is easy to do. I purchased this to be able to listen to my beloved Youtube podcasts which are not accessible on Sonos. It works like an absolute charm. I think you can tell I am impressed with Roam 2.
Pros: Easy to set, even for me. Great sound, although I just plan to use this mainly to access Youtube podcasts.
Cons: There are no cons. Great product.

Mission accomplished

I wanted something that would extend whatever I was playing inside outside to the deck and other spaces. This did the trick, using Airplay. Surprisingly good sound for its size. And there was an unexpected bonus: I found a space for it in a corner, and now that corner has sound when the device is inside. Very pleased.
Pros: Goes where it's needed. Rounds out the system sound inside. Sufficient sound for the deck. Allows continuity of sound inside and out. Price/Value ratio positive.
Cons: I don't have any because it does what I needed, but some people might want better sound outside.

So far this product is working and sounding great. I needed some music that I could stream for the Garage and for that application it is perfect.

Roam2 Sounds as good as Roam

Sounds as good as my old Roam. I replaced the old speaker when its battery wouldn't allow more than about two hours of playing time. Haven't tried to play it for eight hours yet. Adding it to my Sonos WiFi system was easy and pairing it with my phone's Bluetooth was too.
Pros: Great sound, very portable, nice price, easily added to my existing Sonos system.

Almost perfect. Unit is small, easily portable, augments the main Sonos surround system when used in another room. Only issue is that the volume isn't quite capable enough for outside use. Even at full volume, which it does without breakup or distortion, the sound gets a bit lost.

Works great until it doesn't, battery needs to be replaced at about 2 years and its hard wired in, very difficult to replace.

Pure perfection

Sonos made this perfect. Much easier to use than the first one. Excellent sound, great highs and mids, bass is very good and not over powering like some others we are familiar with. I highly recommend this, this is my new favorite. I love the dedicated Bluetooth button, Buy one you'll have no regrets this is a fantastic unit. Thank you Crutchfield for your excellent customer service.
