BOX OF DYNAMITE
James from Klamath Falls, OR on 5/16/2025
Replaced/upgraded from the Sound Ordnance B-8ptd to see if I could get more thump without having to put a "box" on the floor in a 2002 Ford F-150 SuperCab. As it turns out..... I can! While the Sound Ordnance is fine, the Memphis excels with a bigger driver, roughly 50% more power, and those quirky little passive radiators. It fits nicely on the driveline hump between the spaces under each side..... I'm losing zero storage space. You can immediately tell you're getting noticeably lower frequencies..... plenty for me. I can't say exactly how good this can sound as I'm running on speaker-level inputs, so the lows are still being sent to the door speakers. Once I go "double din", I'll be able to dial those out. My only issue is the child's-size remote knob. The one on the Sound Ordnance is big and beefy and can be used while wearing work gloves. Not so with the Memphis..... it's maybe a 1/4" diameter. I'll be working on a solution. Still a great deal.
Pros: Amazing lows for such a puny unit Takes up zero usable space Effortless installation
Cons: Tiny remote knob

Solid bass in a little box
Andrew from Fairfax, VA on 5/8/2025
2019 Ford Mustang
Provides the thump my system has been missing. I listen to all genres of music and wanted something that could provide the thump but not hear it six blocks away. This little guy does that. I installed behind my driver seat in my convertible mustang and I feel it in the seat. If I crank the volume, this little guy does rattle the rear view mirror. It was a little more than I originally wanted to pay but I have no regrets.

Memphis 10" sub in a SL55 AMG
Matthew from Elizabethville, PA on 5/2/2025
2004 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class
Great sound from such a small footprint! I replaced the factory subwoofer in my SL55 AMG with this unit. It was sized actually smaller than the stock, but the sound difference doesn't even compare! This unit punches the seats and makes you think the sub is installed behind the seats somewhere, nope up in the passenger footwell. This unit complements the stock BOSE system incredibly and the remote sub output, which I mounted in the ash tray makes it able to dial in the correct sound for the music your playing. Troy at Crutchfield was outstanding assisting me with everything needed for the install and shipping was fast! This is the reason Crutchfield is the only place I buy audio equipment!
Pros: Amazing sound, fingertip control, small footprint! LED is a bonus!
Cons: None!

Good Amp/Sub Combo
Adam from Macon, GA on 1/2/2025
2010 Toyota RAV4
Does what it should. I purchased this model because it seemed to me to be the best value relative to the price when considering frequency response, wattage and size (10" vs more common 8") compared to other Crutchfield offerings in this category. I put this in a 2010 RAV4 with Kenwood DMX809S but with original factory speakers. This sub filled in the bottom end that was lacking in the door speakers. With the filter off, gain set to 50% and boost at 70%, the sub volume setting remains at ~33%, which is plenty for me. Any higher and it overpowers the factory speakers in the doors. Size is good and fits well under the passenger seat. Not exactly sure what the LEDs are for, but at least it lets anyone in the backseat know it's there. May reduce the likelihood that someone will hit it with their feet.
Pros: Good response & features for the money.
Cons: None.

Memphis Audio NANO110P Nanoboxx
Warren from Media, PA on 10/23/2024
2024 Chevrolet Colorado
Very surprised with this little hideaway powered sub. Easy install with the hi level inputs & auto on/off feature. Even fit under the rear seat compartment in my 2024 Colorado without removing the spare tire tool kit or jack. Granted, it is still just a shallow mounted, svc, underpowered 10" woofer. It's not gonna wake the neighbors or rattle the windows. With that said, it really does sound good, it adds a nice thump that was missing from the stock stereo. I still would highly recommend this based on ease of installation & overall sound quality. Led's are a nice subtle touch too...

Little Box, Big Boom
Marlin from Memphis, TN on 9/26/2024
I'm restoring a 1997 Mercury Mountaineer and an updated sound system was my concession to modernity. Finding the head unit and door speakers I wanted was easy but subwoofer options became an unexpected challenge. My Crutchfield rep discussed my home sound system (entry-level audiophile) listening environment and my music and radio listening habits in my SUV with me to get a better idea of what kind of audio person I was and from that we focused on fidelity and clarity in the low-end sound reproduction. We kept coming back to the Memphis Audio NANO110P Nanobox as a really good fit for my listening tastes along with providing me flexibility in where it could be discretely installed. Once installed the NANO110P has not disappointed me. I could make all the windows rattle if I desired. It packs more punch than I will ever need. Most importantly, it delivers sonically, I can hear what the drummer is doing and also pick out what the bassist is doing with separation and precision. It was a great value and is living up to its promise.
Pros: Compact size, ease of installation & placement, excellent sound
Cons: Haven't found any

Great new Product

2014 GMC Sierra 1500
Not as much punch as I expected but overall a good addition to my sound system. I've blown my dash, door and rear speaker because I over powered them. as I go along and replace them the sound from the woofer should get better Easy to install and compact enough to fit into My GMC pickup on the rear hump of my double cab.(Will not fit under front passenger or driver seat) Hope it holds up longer than the Infinity link box. Had it for 2 years before it blew. I believe it will. We shall see. Thanks Crutchfield for being a very comprehensive and dependable company. One of the best websites I've ever used. So very impressed with you guys and really believe you are the best. Hats off to you!
Pros: Easy to install Pretty powerful Ease of settings
Cons: Passive sound could be better (A bit more punch with a larger bypass tube could help) Could have a bit more to the mounting system. A three hundred dollar system should come with the wiring kit for it. You only get the remote system wiring.
