Our adapters are intended for use converting factory antenna connections to aftermarket replacement radios, Robert. If you are attempting to connect a Motorola-style antenna connection to your factory radio, we do not have that adaptor. If you need to swap out your radio to aftermarket to support that connection capability, use our Vehicle Guide in the link below to enter your Frontier's exact details and we can list all the available radio options that fit! I hope this helps! https://www.crutchfield.com/m_266150/Car-Stereos.html

I have a Pioneer DMH 4660NEX and it doesn't have a antenna wire. Does it just use it's own GPS antenna?

I'm not quite sure which "antenna" your question is trying to address. The AM/FM antenna part of the radio does require a special adaptor from the radio to your car's antenna lead, so you'll need to get one that's model and year specific to your car. As for the gps function of the radio for use with the Car Play function, the radio comes with a gps antenna that you'll use, and it plugs into the back of the radio in its own port. If you were to also add Sirius XM satellite to the radio, you would require a module for that, which plugs into the back of the radio as well, and that module is supplied with it's own antenna that plugs into the module. I had to use the supplied Sirius antenna plugged into that module, even though my Altima already has a built in satellite antenna on the car, because I didn't see a way for me to adapt it to the Sirius module. So, I have the radio attached with a total of 3 antennas, one each for AM/FM radio, GPS, and Sirius XM stations. I hope that's helped answer your questions.

There should be a gps antenna included in the kit. It plugs into the receiver and it must then be mounted somewhere. I put mine on the rear deck.

Yes for all applications in the 2010 Nissan Altima the Metra 40-NI12 Antenna Adapter would be needed. Hope that helps.

Q
I was confused by that blue wire. No instructions on where it goes. Where does that blue wire go on the receiver? I'm not getting many stations and I have to pull the radio out again anyway to move it forward a little. Thanks!
