Hello all! I have tried to do a search for this, but was unable to find this info, so I thought I would share.
I have been looking for a magazine for my 2000 M5 for awhile now, because the previous owner stole it when I went to pick the car up. I was unable to find a new magazine without getting it from the dealer. Ebay had used beat up magazines for $30 plus shipping, and didn't want to do that either.
This Alpine 2-pack kit works perfectly!
They are a bit cheaper in design over the factory original magazines, but they seem to do the job just fine and you get 2 for the price of one beat up ebay part!!

I ordered this after I read that it would work in the USA- SPEC changer. I had been using
a iMag from a USA-SPEC in my 2002 Lincoln Navigator Factory 6 disc CD Changer. The
Alpine magizines work perfectly and I can't be happier with them. I assume that it would
also work on the Expedition's CD changer as well as several other models from Ford.
Compare the pictures and the track on the back to the ones online and you may be
suprised. Buying these was cheaper than using eBay and certainly much cheaper than
buying from Ford.

I bought these for my Dad. He wanted to be able to just switch magazines,instead of having to replace the discs every time he felt like hearing diffrent music in his car.I bought him an Alpine headunit/6 disc changer package for fathers day (the factory unit in his Caddy went up on him) about two years ago,and his only complaint was having to go to the trunk,remove the magazine ,take out the six discs,replace them,put the magazine back in,and then find the cases for the discs he removed.My Dad is getting up there in age (78),so that is kind of a job for him.I mean it's a job for anyone to change the six discs while juggling the other six discs.So I ordered these extra magazines for his birthday.Needless to say,he was elated.They work perfectly,exactly like the one that came with the changer.The different colours let him know what C.D.'s are in each magazine
so changing his favorite discs is now a breeze.I plan on getting him some more so he can have all his music at his finger tips.Thank you Crutchfield,I'll be ordering more real soon.Now if only someone made a carrying case for the magazines,life would be perfect. :)

These work fine with the USA SPEC SCD-F100-2i (see my review of it, also). The see-through plastic allows you to see the top CD, and is a nice feature. Good price for the two together. Only regret is that I did not order them with the CD and speakers to get the shipping discount.
