Please call if your item was shipped direct from the manufacturer, or involves a damaged/defective product.
Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories and manuals. To protect products in shipping, Crutchfield over-boxes many products. Please use the original over-box and the manufacturer's packaging.
For most returns, you will receive a Authorized Return Service (ARS) shipping label along with your return authorization number. Remove or mark out the original labels, then securely tape one completed ARS label to each package.
Take the package to Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. We recommend using Insured, Regular Parcel Service and keeping a record of your tracking number until your return has been processed.
You will be provided a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased (not including original shipping).
Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
Crutchfield may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:
After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within ten business days.
Crutchfield can issue you a Authorized Return Shipping (ARS) label. Crutchfield is not responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of damaged or defective items. Let us know how many packages you're returning, and we'll send a label for each package via email or fax.
If eligible, will be sent as a refund check to the billing address. Crutchfield will only cover the costs of Insured, Regular Parcel Service. We will not cover expedited or upgraded delivery on the return.
