Nice, small, Budget friendly. Fits well under seats. I only wished I would pick the five channel one. I recommended.

I put this in my sons truck for Christmas along with an Alpine sub and I was impressed on the amount of punch the amp had. I used it to power 2 way Boston's in the doors and I bridged the amp to power the 10" sub. Worked out very well.

I installed this amp in a 2003 Ford Ranger. It is powering (4) Infinity 6832cf 5x7/6x8 speakers using the factory head unit. It has more than enough power to push the Infinitys. Very clean power and sound with this amp. I have the gain turned up a quarter of the way and it provides plenty of power to the speakers at that level. I can turn the volume all the way up without the speakers distorting. The amp has a speaker level input connector that allows you to use a factory head unit without RCA outputs. If the head unit has RCA outputs there are RCA inputs on the amp as well. It also has Pre-Out Jacks (RCA) for connecting a separate subwoofer amp. Install time and difficulty depends on the location of the amp so that will vary. I put this one under the seat and it took about two and half hours. Set up is straight forward. Adjust the gain using a good clean sounding CD as a source, then adjust the crossover settings to your liking, more/less, high and low end and you are done. I do highly recommend using a CD for the source and not the radio because of the quality of a CD is much cleaner than a radio signal. Over the last 35 plus years I have owned and installed many brands of amps including Alpines before this one and have never had an Alpine that was properly installed fail. I am not saying that this is the best amp out there. There are certainly better and more expensive amps to be had. But I will say that given the quality and price of this amp it is hard to beat.

Bought this to run to my 6.5" Polk Audio DXi6500s components and Poik Audio DXI650s (in the soundbar). They do a great job making the speakers louder although it took me some time to find the right adjustments for my ears.
