Got this amp running two sets of Polk DB 6.5 components and a JL Audio 12" sub. It has plenty of power and sounds great. The speaker wire connections on this amp make for an easy and clean installation. I definitely recommend this amp.

I just had this amp installed into my 07 Jeep grand cherokee, and it performs great. I have a Kenwood X995 head unit, and the amp is powering Alpine type R 6.5 components in the front, type S coaxial speakers in the rear doors and a type R 10" sub in a custom sealed box. I mainly listen to hard rock and the amp provides enough power to the sub to deliver tight and crisp low notes and provides the clarity to components so that even the most technical guitar solos can beheard note for note. If your looking for a compact amp to deliver plenty of power to a quality system, this is a great option.

This is by far the worst Amp I ever purchased (Done 7 stereo installations over the years) and this was the most disappointing Amp I ever used. It was install in a 68 GTO that is not driven very often, after coming out of storage the Amp died and of course the warrant was over. The Amp had a total of three hours use. The biggest waste of money and it says nothing to me about Alpines products. O do not recommend alpine to anyone!!

Don't believe the hype about new class D amps having been refined to the point where they can now reproduce mid and high frequencies as accurately and musically as traditional class A/B amps. They can't. Alas, I bought this amp after reading contradictory reviews and opinions for a few months, and although the overall quality and power seem to live up to Alpine's claims, the sound quality DEFINATELY leaves something to be desired. Mids and highs are lifeless and tinny - to the point where I thought my new JL Audiocomponents were to blame and replaced them instead of the real culprit - this PDX amp. My last 5 channel before this was an old 405S, and I wish I had that baby now. I plan to switch to the new Reference series amps soon. I just can't live with the sharp, peaky tint this thing brings to everything even slightly transient (vocals, strings, etc.). Can you?

This is a GREAT amp !!! Very small, but powerful. Very under rated, my birth sheet reads 110wX4 and 418wX1. Has no problem pushing my single JL Audio 10W3. Also have it connected to two sets of Alpine 600c componets, amp is more than enough. If space is issue in your install this will be a great choice.
