Got these to replace the original IR headphones that came with our 2006 Toyota Sienna's rear-seat entertainment system. They worked great right out of the box with no glitches. The "lay flat" technology is great and makes them much more compact than the original headphones and much less likely to get broken. They can easily be stored in the glove box or other compartments in the vehicle. We did not experience any dropouts due to a user turning their head or other positioning problems. The foam for the ear pads won't last forever, particularly if you have really little kids picking at it (like my kids used to), but should last reasonably long if properly cared for (i.e., don't store in direct sunlight and don't allow kids to pick at them!). Battery life seems good, too.

If you're using these you probably have kids. The foam covers were torn after two weeks. Look for something with more durability. Other than that, they work well with our aftermarket Audiovox screen.
