I bought a set of these back when I decided the Jeep factory paper tweeters weren't going to cut it. The starfish brackets were able to be manipulated to work in the factory mounting locations, and install is ridiculously easy. However, within a week one of the tweeters blew out and the other started to pop, Crutchfield (as always) honored the warranty and I received a new set within a week. The new set worked OK for a while, however now the popping is back. I'm upset as I've always liked Infinity but this just feels low quality to me.

I bought these last August to replace the blown factory tweeters in my '03 Honda Pilot. I was concerned about the possibility of them not working in the factory location. I removed the brackets from the factory tweeters and they were an easy fit to mount to the Infinity 1031T making installation a breeze. They play quite crisp and clear. I added four Kicker 6 1/2" speakers to the doors and the overall improvement in sound is excellent.

I have two sets of these tweeters as well as the set that came with the 6 1/2 in. components I purchased. One set is powered by the head unit, the other set is powered in line with a set of Infinity ref. 6 1/2 in. coax. along with the components by an Alpine 50 X 4 amp. Have had them for 3 years, (the separate sets, the components for 2 years) sound great. No problems with durability, the head unit (22w. rms) sounds fine, the sets powered by the amp sound fine; fact is, you only know you're sitting in a very nice sounding truck, they blend right in with everything else. My Kicker 12in. compvt prefabricated enclosure sub. fills it all out nicely. The included mounts have gotten many compliments, they make it easy to make you look like the best installer in the world! One in the sail panel, one above the coax. in the door, one in the kick panel. The ability to aim them is versatile and looks good. Very nice addition to your system.

I purchased two sets of these, (by accident) but kept both just in case. Crossovers don't seem to do the trick the tweeters sound great for a while but have had all four pop and blow within a few months of installation, I'm staying away from these in the future and looking elsewhere, though I'm keeping the starfish brackets for practicality.

Just installed these in my scion tC, came with a bunch of different adapters. Amazing clarity and crisp highs. Connect these to a component speaker system and they will blow you away. Definitely worth the extra dollars if you want quality sounds. I have no review on the durability of these tweeters though.
