Built tougher to sound great longer

This sub is tough enough for extreme conditions, with water-resistant components and a super-strong composite basket, magnet cover, and grille. The exterior is coated with special UV-resistant paint that stands up to broiling sunlight, and the internals are conformal-coated to protect against fresh and salt-water spray, not to mention dust and sand.

The UV-resistant polypropylene cone is attached to the frame with a durable butyl rubber surround and stabilized with a woven aramid fibre spider that resists weather-and temperature related degradation. It's IP67-rated, too, which means it meets the highest standards of weather resistance.
