Q
Do they have a grill?
sorghum  Apr 24, 2021

A
They do not.
joseph  Apr 25, 2021
A
No. These are adapters so they do not come with a grill. Most often the speakers themselves will come with a grill for surface mounting.
raymond  Apr 25, 2021
A
No. These are just the platform.

Q
Will this work to add 6" x 9"'s in place of the 6.5" in the back of my 2005 Chevrolet Aveo?
thomas  Feb 02, 2019
1 answer
A
No, this is not a 6.5 to 6x9 speaker adapter. This is a spacer (shim) to move the 6x9 speaker outward. Meaning if the depth in the speaker location is 1.5" and you have a 3" deep 6x9. You'd buy this to give you another 1.5" of depth.

Q
will these fit in a 2001 f350?
justin  Aug 19, 2018
1 answer
A
The stock speakers on the 2001 F350 are 6x8" so, no; the 6x9" liftrings would not be recommended.

Q
will these give me enough clearance between the front drivers door window and the door panel on a 2002 Chrysler sebring?
brian  May 02, 2018
1 answer
A
The lift rings are not recommended for use in the 2002 Sebring. There's not enough clearance for them to fit under the factory speaker grills.
ryan  May 09, 2018 (Staff)
Q
will these spacers give me enough lift in the rear deck of my 06 honda accord for the polk audio mm692 or jbl gto939 or other aftermarket speakers that don't fit the oem mounting deck ?
dornel  Sep 05, 2017

A
There's not enough clearance available under the factory speaker grills for the lift rings.
ryan  Sep 06, 2017 (Staff)
A
Maybe...depends on how deep your speakers are and how big the factory hole is for the magnets.
