This JL Audio marine amp wiring kit will give you the powerful sound you want for seasons to come. It's ideal for most single marine amps with a power rating of up to 1000 watts.
This heavy-duty IP67 water-resistant kit includes everything you need to send power to your marine amplifier. JL Audio makes the 6-gauge cable with tinned, OFC copper wire, so you can count on maximum power transfer. The 50-amp circuit breaker is ignition-protected for safety and reliability, plus there are no fuses to worry about, thanks to the high-visibility reset switch.
This kit includes the circuit breaker, power and ground wires, and a 20-foot remote turn-on wire. The kit does not include patch cables or speaker wire, so you'll need to purchase them separately.

Overview: The JL Audio XMD-PCS50A-1-L10 is a marine-rated amplifier wiring kit. It is designed for installing a single amplifier in a location within 10 feet from the battery. It is recommended for the JL Audio M-Series amplifiers, and other amplifiers with a power rating of up to 1000 watts.
Marine-Rated Circuit Breaker: The XMD-MCB-50 50-amp circuit breaker is Marine-rated to ensure the safety of your audio system and your vessel. With an IP67 waterproof rating, the circuit breaker can withstand full immersion in water up to 1 meter deep. It has an SAE J1171 External Ignition Protection certification, which means it can be used in marine engine compartments and fuel tank locations. The circuit breaker features a high-visibility yellow switch and a red manual reset button. To prevent corrosion, the breaker is equipped with stainless steel terminals.
Power/Ground Wire: This Amplifier Wiring Kit comes with 10 feet of 6-gauge, pure OFC copper power and ground wire using the standard color coding of the ABYC (American Boat & Yacht Council): Red power wire and yellow ground wire. The red power wire comes in two lengths: a 2' length with two stainless steel ring terminals to run from the battery to the circuit breaker, and an 8' length with one stainless steel ring terminal to run from the circuit breaker to the amplifier. The yellow ground wire comes in a single 10' length with one stainless steel ring terminal. In marine applications, connecting the ground wire to the negative battery terminal is preferred. In automotive applications, you should ground the amplifier directly to the vehicle's chassis as close to the amp as possible.
Turn-on Wire: The kit includes a 20' length of blue 16-gauge remote turn-on wire on a spool.
