You'll also need a marine-compliant wiring kit to get the most out of your new amplifier, while protecting your boat. Kicker's amp wiring kits deliver the clean juice that'll keep your marine amp running smoothly and sounding happy.
Solid marine-worthy construction
Kicker uses pure oxygen-free copper and tins it with nickel to prevent corrosion and maximize signal and power flow. These 20' cables offer supple, flexible jackets to work easily in and around tight locations and around corners in your vessel. Kicker's power gear meets Coast Guard and ABYC standards for marine use, so your power will flow reliably for years. They use standard marine colour coding — red for power, yellow for ground. Kits are available in 4- and 8-gauge.

This kit includes power and ground wires, a remote turn-on wire, an ignition-protected fuse holder with a fuse, and some installation hardware and connectors. The kit does not include marine patch cables or speaker wire, so you'll need to purchase them separately.

Overview: The Kicker KMPK4 marine amplifier wiring kit contains 20' of power, ground, and remote turn-on wire, along with a marine battery terminal fuse holder, One MRBF 100A marine fuse, and installation accessories. All included parts have been designed to meet both Coast Guard and ABYC (American Boat & Yacht Council) standards and can even be used in new boat construction.
Marine Wire: Kicker marine power & ground wire feature full-spec OFC (Oxygen-Free Copper) that's been tinned in anti-corrosive nickel, ensuring maximum power transfer and reliability. The insulated jacketing provides protection from the marine environment while remaining flexible enough for routing through tight spaces and around corners, making installation much easier.
Battery Terminal Fuse Holder: The Kicker Marine Master Fuse Holder (KMFMF) is designed to provide a fuse-protected battery connection for amplified marine audio applications. The KMFMF can be attached to battery power terminals up to 3/8" in diameter, and features a 1-5/16" tall threaded post that can accommodate both the included MRBF fuse and a power wire ring-terminal 5/16" in diameter. An attached rubber cap provides insulated protection against objects coming in contact with the terminal post.
MRBF Marine Fuses: Kicker MRBF marine-grade fuses are designed for use with the included Kicker Marine Master Fuse Holder, providing maximum fuse protection for your watercraft. They can also be used with Kicker's optional Fused Distribution Block (sold separately), for protecting multiple amplifiers. Kicker MRBF fuses meet SAE-J1171 standards for ignition protection and carry an IP66 rating for waterproof protection.
