Built tough for great bass
The 42CWQ102 10" sub features a forged aluminum frame for maximum strength and accurate sound reproduction. The sub's injection-moulded SoloKon™ polypropylene cone features special back bracing for strength and responsiveness, while a special-design Santoprene™ rubber surround allows greater cone excursion for increased output. Two 4-ohm voice coils make it easy to get more power from your mono amplifier.
Handles up to 700 watts
This sub's advanced design keeps things cool when you are driving your system hard, so you'll get reliable performance. With up to 700 watts of RMS power handling, you'll get plenty of the deep, rich bass you need to make your music come alive.

Features
Dual Voice Coils: For increased system flexibility, the woofer has two 4Ω voice coils. When the voice coils are wired in parallel, the woofer presents a 2Ω load; when wired in series, the woofer presents an 8Ω load.
Terminals: The spring post terminals will accept pin connectors, single banana plugs (but not dual), and bare wire up to 8 gauge.
Sealed Enclosure: A sealed enclosure design gives the smoothest response with increased energy at the lowest frequencies (between 20 and 30 Hz).

Everything about this sub is amazing. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design and attention to build quality. It is also beautiful to look at. The sound is crisp and tight,I'm very impressed. These subs are by far the best designed I've ever owned. Good job Kicker.
