The Virtus Nano Carbon MW6 woofer offers hi-fi performance of the all-important lower and midrange frequencies while still fitting in challenging locations. With an incredible mounting depth of only 11/16", this speaker uses Morel's unique Hexatech™ aluminum voice coil and sandwich carbon fibre dome-shaped woofer to help deliver satisfying low-end punch and a rich, natural sound.
Use it as part of a 2- or 3-way component system, and add a subwoofer for serious bass reinforcement. Just be sure you power it with an outboard amplifier to make the most of Morel's superior speaker technology.
Note: Morel does not include a crossover with these speakers.

Features
Size Classification: Some manufacturers, including Morel, call this size woofer a 6½". Because it requires a larger cutout than a standard 6½" speaker, Crutchfield has traditionally referred to this size woofer as a 6¾". Please enter your vehicle information to confirm fit.
Dome: Morel describes the woofer as a Grand Dome, having a Triple Layer design; two exterior carbon fiber layers sandwiching a layer of Rohacell (a high strength, lightweight foam).
Controlled Acoustic Resistance: Car speakers are typically installed in free-air applications, providing minimal acoustic loading. Controlled Acoustic Resistance (C.A.R. Filter) improves the acoustic loading by controlling airflow within the driver, mimicking the effects of an enclosure. This provides greater control over the cone movement for improved bass dynamics.
Crossover: These drivers do not include a crossover, so you'll need to add one to the system if it's not built into your amplifier.
