These do not fit a 2010 kia optima. Why don't the holes match up?

Our research indicates that the Rockford Fosgate Prime R1675X2 speakers will fit the 2010 Kia Optima with or without the upgraded Infinity Audio factory system, without modification. If you are driving the 2010 Optima with the upgraded factory Infinity system, you will need to use an aftermarket speaker bracket for fitment. If you have purchased these products from Crutchfield, please locate the contact information for our Tech Support department, to go over the installation of these speakers. Mine worked just fine. If you want the technical info, I'm sure a similar question has been asked on Crutchfield. Also, you could read about this subject all day on Google and Quora. Bottom line is "yes"

You could, but the speakers won't perform as well as they should since amplifier output usually lessens the higher the speaker resistance (ohms)

I have a F150 with Sony premium system. So there is a fair amount of power. I suspect they will be better than stock if you current speakers do not have tweeters. If they do then there there may be a slight improvement. A amp will may them way better

They'll sound better than the stock speakers but the stock radio won't give them a better sound than an aftermarket radio would

Yes. That's all I'm using. Bass doesn't break up and the highs are much brighter. I debate putting in a custom deck b/c I know sound will be better especially at louder volume, but at my age, the factory deck is loud enough. So, although it may not be ear busting, the sound is CLEAR!

For me they did sound better than my stock tacoma speakers. But what really made them come alive was a new headunit. More power definitely makes them brings them alive but as is they do sound better.

Yes if your OEM speakers are tired these are definitely improvements. These will sound good with the OEM radio or with an upgraded radio.

These speakers are really good especially for the price. The bass quality is good just remember there like 35 watt speakers don't expect the doors to rattle. I have 4 in my accord and 2 Rockford 12s they compliment the subs very well.

I have a 05 Tundra JBL system. The rears are 6" and 2.5 ohm. these are 4 ohm. What will be the sound difference between the two. And can I install these in the rear doors? You say they are for the front lowers.

I can't speak to the ohms but I put mine in the rear deck of my 12' civic and they have good clarity and great bass response! From a clarion cx305. I love the way they sound.

I ran these as an upgrade in my 2017 Tacoma. One blew quickly, with the stock Toyota head unit (non JBL). The customer service was great and a new one was shipped quickly. My new Tacoma has the stock JBL system. I would not replace those speakers with these Rockford speakers. I think you will be disappointed in the new sound. I'd run a higher end speaker with matching impedance. (2.5 ohm) I'm sure the factory amp is designed for 2.5 ohm.

Everything worked great. My advisor was Sam, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever Sam wasn't available during my installation. Crutchfield techs were right on the phone to assist. Happy customer with both my vehicles.

Does this product need an amp !? I'm looking for speakers to be an upgrade from my factory oem speakers on my 2013 Ford Fusion. Is this product able to be plug and play !?
