About the Kenwood CA-C2AX
This CA-C2AX adapter converts the changer control plug on the back of most recent (1999 and later) Kenwood changer-controlling receivers into an auxiliary input. The 6.5' cable has the 13-pin male DIN connector at one end and a male 3.5mm miniplug at the other, allowing you to connect a portable MP3 player or iPod®, for example. Warranty: 30 days.
Note: When this adapter is used, you can't connect a CD changer to the Kenwood receiver. You can't connect this adapter to the pass-through changer port on a Kenwood SIRIUS tuner.

Features
Compatibility: This adapter should only be used with changer control head units that have the adapter listed as an accessory. The adapter is not compatible with pre-1999 head units, and it is not compatible with all newer units. This cannot be used with the pass-through port on Kenwood Sirius tuners. If you have a Kenwood Sirius tuner and want AUX in capability, a Kenwood KCA-S210A (item number 113KCAS210) will be required; the KCA-S210A is a two changer switch with a stereo RCA auxiliary input.
Plugs into Head Unit CD Changer Control Connector: When the CA-C2AX adapter (item 113CAC2AX) is used, you cannot connect a CD changer to the head unit, since the CA-C2AX plugs into the changer control DIN connection on the head unit.
Connections: The adapter has a round 13-pin (6 pins present) male connector on one end and a minijack stereo connector on the other end, allowing you to connect a portable MP3 player or iPod to a compatible Kenwood head unit.

I was thinking about getting a whole new deck just to plug my Zune in, but then I found this. Installs in seconds. I did not even need a single tool.
