Did not last long. Even if I factory reset the earphones, the right earphone does not have sound anymore. I bought in July 2022 and it stopped working in March 2023--not even a year!

Great for people with small ears!

4.5 stars. I'm very happy with these headphones! They were easy to connect to my phone and I like that the earbud sizes go down to XS. Apple AirPods Pro and Dre Beats Earbuds do not offer earbuds down to XS so in this case the Sennheiser earbuds are superior. Also, for me, the buds stay in the ear and do not fall out like other wireless earbuds. One thing I do not like is the Noise Cancelling doesn't seem to work for me. I have read other reviews of this product that say a similar thing. However, I am holding out judgement until I try them on an airplane. The sound quality is great and they work well for hands free calls too!

Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless

I purchased the Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless earbuds and have been trying them out for about a week now and the only real complaint I have about them is that they are slippery and because of this, they're a little hard to get out of the case and put in your ear. They fit in my ear good and stay there. They sound fantastic and the battery life seems to be pretty good. The app, equalizer works pretty good from what I've tried, haven't fully checked it all out yet. The Bluetooth connected to my iPhone right away with no issues and reconnect without any problems I would recommend these, especially if they're on sale. In fact I ordered another pair for my wife because she likes them better than her beats.

These sound great but may not provide enough volume for some. They also are not good for sleeping due to the shape, and can sometimes become uncomfortable after wearing for more extended periods like long flights. Great battery life.

Highly recommend

I purchased the CX for myself. My wife tried them and the sound, comfort and ability to customize via the app convinced her that she wanted a pair also. The CX Plus is much better than my CX. The sound is still awesome but the Plus has many more features that very useful. It is a little smaller yet the battery life is still amazing.

Comfortable but having trouble with setup

They were very comfortable right out of the box without using the different size ear things that came with them. That said, I'm having trouble setting these up. I've tried using them on multiple devices and they do not operate. Initially I set them up to work on my PC desktop system. They worked but with very low volume. I recharged them thinking that might be the issue. But after recharging, waiting for the green LED to illuminate (which I thought I did the first time), they never would connect via Bluetooth to my PC, phone, laptop or iPad. I'm going to look into returning them. It just might be an issue with this set.

So far so good. I've use it only a few times. A lot better than my wired Beats. Haven't noticed much difference on Active noise cancellation.

At 74 years, my first ear buds.

My first ear buds. Chose them strictly for the <>8 hours listed between charges. Disappointing lack of bass no matter what I pair them with. "Equalizer" available through the app is a joke. iTunes and iPhone when paired also have very little influence on the bass. I was impressed with the fidelity otherwise. Poor recordings and great recordings are easily discerned with these ear buds just like they would be with a good stereo system or good headphones. The more familiar I get with them the more I like them, even with the bass disappointment. Maybe that is the way ear buds are supposed to perform. Crutchfield was great as usual. Their integrity is unequaled. So glad I found them over 20 years ago.
