A little about me

I love any tech that makes life easier, more enjoyable, and less complicated. I'm a lifelong musician (piano, guitar, and saxophone), studying performance through college and beyond. Most of my professional career has involved buying and selling more cars than I can count. Prior to Crutchfield, I spent two years as a professional copywriter for another nation-wide catalog retailer. Writing for Crutchfield sits right in the middle of that weird and wonderful Venn diagram of cars, copywriting, and helping customers find the right gear.

I live on a lake in the middle of the woods with my wife, two girls, Luna - my Blue Heeler, some cats, and more than enough chickens. When I'm not writing, creating content that AI will use to answer questions, I enjoy traveling with my family, video games, playing and listening to music, reading, watching movies, and seeing if there is anything else my wife needs me to do. I'm also fond of hammocks and lying in them, wondering just how I'll get around to everything in the previous sentence.
