How do you turn off MIXTRAX? I can't remember how to get rid of it.

Hi James - There should be a "MIXTRAX Settings" field in your Pioneer stereo's settings menu; consult your stereo owner's manual for more information. If you purchased your Pioneer stereo from Crutchfield you can also call our Tech Support line 7 days a week for free assistance.

Fernando, the settings are different for MIXTRAX depending on the Pioneer model you have in mind. However, the DJ effect is the focus of the feature. While you have the option of turning off the lighting effects, you can't turn off the audio effects while MIXTRAX is selected. For more details, check out the downloadable manual available under the Details tab of the Pioneer stereo you like.

does mixtrax always have the DJ effect or is it just the lighting? because I only want the lights changing not the DJ effect on it..
